The Equipment Hire / Rental Fleet Model answers the question every plant-hire, tool-hire or rental-yard operator should be asking: which assets actually earn their keep? Rather than a single blended P&L, it gives every asset its own economics, then rolls the fleet up so the winners and the dead weight are both visible.
What it does: for each machine you enter the capital cost, day rate, expected utilisation and running costs, and the model computes its annual revenue, contribution and return on the capital tied up in it.
