Globalization no matter is helping to create subcultures within companies as more and more employees are relocating to different countries and imparting their cultures. But, sill it is very difficult to find a universal management style that suits the palette of both the parties. Hence, it becomes essential to understand the behavioral differences and create a flexible atmosphere where employees get enough time to adjust to the new surroundings.
