In order to remain competitive all Organizations need every level of the organization working on improvements and change! All Organizations today are working on creating that culture of continuous improvement. Successful continuous improvement programs have all employees working to introduce small changes every single day. Over time this amounts to a mass change which is often very sustainable as the change was executed by those who were impacted.
