According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Harassment is a form of discrimination that violates many different laws, for example, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, (ADA).
This workshop provides Human Resources, and the organization a ready made course that can be taught to employees that communicate what harassment is, and how to become EEO compliant.
