DESCRIPTION
In our hectic lives, we struggle to read and respond to all our emails, attend endless meetings, have a little time for family members and friends, and do what we really rather be doing. We often finish late our deliverables, cannot make time for the unforeseen, the serendipity or squeeze in an extra task. Or so many of us think.
Some other people are focused, are always on time, always have their work done, arrive at meetings prepared, always have time to socialize and are always ready to help. Why? Because those who know how to "make the time" and get around to doing what is important, have discovered the secret of time management. They list their tasks, prioritize them, choose what to do and what not to do, plan and work to a schedule. Most of us do not!
To be able to do more of what you want to do and to do it better, i.e. to get more out of life and improve on your performance, you need to know how to choose amongst competing tasks. This presentation reviews the classic concepts of Time Management and highlights its major steps. It describes how a simple, proven and easy approach can have a radical impact on what a person can get done, in their professional and private lives. After this presentation everyone will be able to get their work done and no one will have unfinished deliverables due to not getting a round to it.
