DESCRIPTION

This product (Retirement Planning Financial Model) is an Excel template (XLSX), which you can download immediately upon purchase.

Every single person is going to have a unique circumstance in their retirement, but in general when planning for retirement, there are several key factors to consider.

These include your projected retirement age, how much money you will need to save in order to maintain your current standard of living, and how to invest your savings to maximize their growth.

You should also consider the potential impact of inflation on your savings and any sources of income you may have in retirement, such as social security or a pension.

Additionally, it's important to consider any medical expenses you may have in retirement and how you will pay for them. It's also a good idea to think about what you want to do in retirement and how that may affect your financial plans.

This template was built to handle the items above at a high level and give you some idea of what retirement may look like given your defined assumptions.

This is a retirement planner based on expected investments and the cash flow that produces against expected expenses (including taxes) to show what the next 50 years will look like from a free cash flow perspective.

There is a monthly and annual summary.

Income Drivers:
•  Up to 20 slots
•  Define Investment Amount
•  Define Investment month (this will determine when cash flow starts for each investment)
•  Define expected annual rate of return of each investment
•  Define tax rate on each stream

Expense Drivers:

•  Up to 22 slots
•  Define monthly cost
•  Define start month and end month of cost

The above inputs will automatically populate visualizations and an annual summary to show if your dividends/cash flows outweigh the expenses each year and if so by how much.

This does also account for inflation based on a defined rate and shows annual inflation-adjusted cash flow.
