The knowledge areas included relate to scope management, schedule management and Cost management – which are fundamental to every project. We also consider quality, risk, communication, HR and integration management to successfully run a project.
The entire flow of project management – including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing wit key deliverable has been explained in the document. This will also assist in first level preparation for the PMP examination to have an holistic overview of the PMBOK guide.
