Awareness is where ISO 9001 transitions fail quietly. Staff are told the standard has changed, nothing else, and the first time it matters is when an auditor asks them what the quality policy means for their is a twenty-slide, fully editable PowerPoint deck for running that briefing properly. It is written to ISO 9001:2026, published on 16 September 2026, and it treats the revision as a change in daily work rather than a change in deck opens with why the session matters and what ISO 9001 actually is, in one slide and without jargon. It then sets out the three dates that drive everything: publication on 16 September 2026, the end of new 2015 certificates on 31 March 2028, and the close of transition on 30 September 2029. A slide on what did not change follows, because reassuring people that the clause structure and the process approach survive is as useful as telling them what eight changes each get their own slide, in plain language: the climate change determination, interested-party requirements and what the system will address, quality culture and ethical behaviour, risk and opportunity separated into determination and action, the expanded planning of changes, knowledge that must be shared and not merely stored, audit objectives, and the restructured clause second half turns to the individual. What the standard requires you to document, and the much longer list of things it does not. What a nonconformity actually is, and why reporting one early is the behaviour being asked for rather than a disciplinary matter. Four lines on their part. The five questions an auditor will ask any member of staff, so nobody is caught out. And a next-steps slide to complete with your own slide carries speaker-ready bullets. The file is editable PowerPoint with no locked content, so you can add your organisation's name, dates and limits: this is awareness training, not the standard. It does not make anyone compliant, and ISO 9001:2026 is copyrighted and not reproduced here; obtain it from ISO or a national standards body.
