DESCRIPTION
Running a hospitality business requires effective management of various aspects such as customer service, operations, and finances. Success in this industry often hinges on creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. To succeed in finance and operations, it is good to have a financial model in place that shows what cash flows may look like given various operating assumptions. Often the initial investment in the hospitality space is higher and that means outside investors are more common. They are going to what to see a pro forma.
Additionally, because there are often outside investors that come in, I included joint venture waterfall distribution schedules in many of these models (GP/LP structures).
