Today the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini are exploding. More and more look to use AI to help enhance their day to day work but also create efficiency. This is great but can cause serious issues for organizations if employees do not know how to use AI in a safe way. There is no doubt that AI is a powerful tool and will be used more and more as we go forward. However in order to get the best out of AI, employees need to understand how best to use it and what not to do.
This training is a full comprehensive training package that provides such knowledge. The package contains all training materials required to train employees on the basic concepts of AI usage. The package contains an explanation around what generative AI is and where AI has come from. It also explains the risks of using AI as at the moment AI is still developing and can present mistakes and cause security issues. The training then explains how these risks can be managed.
The training goes into a number of best practices which includes what to do and what not to do. These can be used as a basis to a company policy if the organization so wishes.
Finally the training goes into detail around prompts and prompt engineering. It explains the difference between a good prompt and how best to create a prompt. This is key understanding and without good prompts the end user will never successfully user AI.
The package also includes an individual sign off sheet. This is optional to use.
It is recommend that an IT or IT security person leads this training. However the training is self explanatory and anyone with a good understand at manager level could present it to all employees within the organization. The training is designed for all employees at all levels.
