Control Charts are a key tool in any Six Sigma initiative, and the cornerstone to a strong total quality management organization. There are numerous run charts and control charts with lots of calculations. This course simplifies the understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical quality control by providing the formulas and detailed explanation of each chart, and how each data point is derived.
Note: There is a prerequisite for the learners taking this course. They must be familiar with the concepts taught in the Capability course, such as: Mean, Standard Deviation, Histograms, Capability Indices (Cp, Pp, Ppk and Cpk) and the Normal distribution.
