Clear communication involves conveying a message in a way that is easily understood by the recipient, using simple language, being concise, and ensuring the message is free from ambiguity. It also ensures that messages are understood without any confusion or misinterpretation. Concise communication eliminates unnecessary words and gets straight to the point. Consistent communication establishes a reliable flow of information, allowing for effective and smooth interactions. By delivering messages clearly, there is no room for misunderstanding or alteration of messages, which decreases the potential for conflict. In situations where conflict does arise, effective communication is a key factor to ensure that the situation is resolved respectfully.
