How can Business Process Management make you a more successful leader?

Business Process Management will greatly assist your duties and responsibilities as a Leader to translate the organization's vision into operational strategies to the grass roots level. With BPM you will be an effective leader in managing organizations so they can achieve organizational goals.
Process mapping is a visualization of the whole set of activities of an organization, which demonstrates how work within the organization is carried out, thus making the work clearly defined / explicit.

By mapping business processes, an organization has documentation about the work done, making it possible to analyze the work that has been done to increase customer satisfaction through identification of reduced processing time, reducing product defects, reducing costs, reducing the stages of business processes that do not produce added value, increasing productivity, and facilitate measurement of performance.

1. Benefits of business process maps:
2. As an evaluation or alternative tool for organizing human resources and jobs in an organization.
3. To identify improvement opportunities.
4. To evaluate and tighten performance measurements.

BPM can be simply defined as a series of activities that convert inputs into outputs that have added value. For example, a table is output that has added value because it can be used for various purposes, from placing things, writing, to meetings, etc. The table as value-added output is produced through a table-making process, which starts from the tree as input for raw materials, is cut down, divided into boards, measured according to design, cut to size, smoothed, colored, and strung together to form a single table. A series of activities carried out is called a process.
