PDIF life cycle is to enable CXOs to formulate viable plans and programs of transformational change. It supplies the set of requirements, activities and skills needed for successful implementation of transformational change initiatives.
While being somewhat open-ended and loose, PDIF framework lays out the main principles and guidelines to follow in order to successfully bring about transformational change to the business.
