•  Process optimisation: responsible for the quality control team in a Billions Dollar shipbuilding project.
•  Maritime regulations and compliancy: created a comprehensive quality management system manual and maritime training courses for a leading company in the shipping industry.
•  Training and mentoring: created and delivered a one-year training process for the professional education of more than 150 Naval Officers.
•  Maritime security: coordinated a naval force of 14 warships in the fight against Somali pirates. More than 400 pirates neutralised in 5 months of operations.
•  Strategic planning: part of the think-thank responsible for creating the 10 years White Paper of the Italian Navy.
•  Shipping finance: created a Business Development Plan for financing and operating 3 oil tankers for the Italian Navy, supported by a prominent Italian tankers operator.
