The principle of the Brainstorming is to collect as many ideas as possible about a given subject in a first phase and then select the most relevant in a second phase.

During a Brainstorming session, there are a few rules to follow in the first phase to be effective:
•  Explain the scope of the subject to be treated at the start
•  Do not judge, criticize or filter the ideas put forward by the participants
•  Encourage shy participants to speak up
