The first document is a presentation which takes you through the thinking and delivery of a Centre of Excellence (CoE). It contains valuable information to firstly help you build the business case for the CoE. It then examines the various delivery models that can be utilised. Additionally it provides a breakdown of the roles and responsibilities needed within and around the CoE. It has an extensive appendix that provides valuable additional materials to help with the details of the construction.

The second document is an example detailed proposal for a centre of excellence. Uses the example of a Rapid Application Delivery CoE. Single large page graphical view but contains, detailed components of CoE breakdown, Structure, skills and ways of working. Can easily be adapted to suit of CoE disciplines.
