The SKU Generator assists in creating SKU numbers based on the primary attributes of your products. This tool allows you to define various settings to customize your SKUs according to your needs. You can set prefixes and codes, choose separators, and decide on character types and lengths. To start, define your main settings to ensure that the SKUs generated are aligned with your product attributes and categories. If desired, you can edit your SKUs further by copying them to the SKU Generator and pasting them into the "Code" section for additional modifications.
Prefix & Code: Customize your SKUs with optional prefixes or codes, choosing from available separators. Utilize the dropdown menu to select the best fit for your requirements.
Separator: Determine the primary separator between product attributes in your SKUs.
Character Type: Choose whether to use lower case, upper case, or retain the current character case.
Length of SKU: Decide if you want SKUs with a uniform length or variable lengths. If a uniform length is chosen, the Total Length cell will reflect the specified length.
# of Characters: Define how many characters from each attribute will be included in the SKU. For instance, choosing "3" for the color attribute will display the first three letters (e.g., "bla" for black, "whi" for white).
Please note that this is a template worksheet. If it does not meet your needs 100%, and you are unable to customize it yourself, let us know and we will provide a quote to develop the customisations you need to get you exactly what you want in your Appointment Scheduler.
