SAAS EXCEL DESCRIPTION
SaaS Metrics & Dashboard is designed to facilitate the monitoring of critical data points for a Software as a Service (SaaS) business. It enables the tracking of subscriptions, revenue, and churn rates, amongst other vital metrics. By inputting relevant data, the template automatically generates visual representations of the metrics in question, allowing for ease of interpretation and analysis.
Mapping: Modify the name of your business model and the monthly subscription fees as necessary. Additionally, you may customize the duration of the timeline to be displayed, as the default pre-populated template covers 24 months.
Metrics: This section is dedicated to updating all pertinent information related to your business, including email newsletter sign-ups, churn rates, number of customers subscribed to your services, and other relevant metrics. Based on your input in the designated white cells, the ratios and revenue figures will automatically update and be reflected in the "Dashboard" and "Charts" sheets.
Dashboard: Choose the relevant time period and witness the automatic update of data based on the inputs provided in the "Metrics" sheet.
Charts: This sheet generates visual representations of your business data, utilizing the data inputted in the "Metrics" sheet, and subsequently computing the associated metrics automatically.
Please ensure that the timeline presented on the "Mapping" sheet aligns with your intended display period. Update your business offerings' name and monthly subscription fees accordingly.
All pertinent information should be inputted into the "Metrics" sheet. Please note that only the designated white cells should be updated, as the grey cells are computed automatically.
After entering all necessary data, refer to the "Dashboard" and "Charts" sheets to visualize the metrics generated by the input. On the "Dashboard" sheet, simply select the relevant period in cell B4.
