PMP® Master Class – 5-Day Session
Aligned to the 2026 Examination Content Outline (ECO) · Effective July 2026
About This Programme
The PMP® Master Class: 5-Day Intensive Exam Preparation is a structured, instructor-led training programme designed to take participants from foundational knowledge to exam-ready confidence in five focused days. Built entirely around the 2026 PMI Examination Content Outline, this programme covers all three domains – People, Process, and Business Environment – across 26 tasks and 138 enablers, ensuring complete alignment with what PMI actually tests.
This is not a passive lecture series. Every session is designed around active recall, scenario-based thinking, and the kind of applied judgement the PMP® exam demands. Participants leave each day with a clear understanding of not just *what* to do as a project manager, but *why* – and how to demonstrate that understanding under exam conditions.
Who This Programme Is For
This programme is designed for experienced project professionals who are ready to certify. Whether your background is in traditional waterfall delivery, agile and scrum-based environments, or the hybrid approaches increasingly common in modern organisations, this programme speaks your language. The 2026 ECO reflects the reality that today's PMs operate across all three – and so does every day of this course.
Ideal participants hold at least three to five years of project management experience, have begun their PMP® application, and are committed to earning their certification within 60 to 90 days of the programme.
What the Five Days Cover
Day 1 opens with Domain I – People, focusing on the human side of project leadership: building a shared vision, leading teams, supporting performance, and empowering others. These tasks form the foundation of every successful project and represent 33% of the exam.
Day 2 continues through Domain I, exploring conflict resolution, collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement. These are the competencies that separate a project coordinator from a genuine project leader.
Day 3 shifts to Domain II – Process, the largest domain at 41% of the exam. Participants work through the core mechanics of project execution: defining requirements, managing scope, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining quality across predictive and agile approaches.
Day 4 completes Domain II with a focus on risk, procurement, stakeholder communications, and project closure. These topics are consistently among the highest-weighted on the actual exam, and each session includes worked scenarios and exam-style practice.
Day 5 covers Domain III – Business Environment, helping participants connect project work to organisational strategy, benefits realisation, regulatory compliance, and change management. This domain asks PMs to think beyond the project and towards lasting value.
How the Programme Is Structured
Each day follows a consistent rhythm: domain context, task-by-task enabler coverage, worked examples, and exam-strategy discussion. Visual learning aids, process maps, and quick-reference cards support retention. Practice questions at the close of each day reinforce the material immediately while it is fresh.
By the end of Day 5, participants will have reviewed every testable topic, practised 50 scenario-based questions, and built a personalised revision plan for the weeks ahead.
The Outcome
Participants leave this programme with the knowledge, the frameworks, and the exam technique to sit the PMP® with confidence. The 2026 exam rewards applied thinking over memorisation – and that is exactly what this programme trains.
