This is an excel file that has been created to audit 5S within the office. The file is ready to use and allows you to conduct the audit and tracker all actions identified. The audit is broken down across all elements of 5s, which allows you to see where you have a gap and where you need to take action. It can also record safety observations at the time of audit.
The file allows you to record of all previous audit scores so that you can see if you are making progress. From the data recorded the file automatically populates a couple of charts to record your 5s progress.
