PREPARE AND FACILITATE THE SESSION
The 5-page run plan provides a provisional 120-minute workshop schedule, with break time additional. This timing is an unpiloted planning estimate. The suggested group size is 6–24 participants, and facilitators should adjust pacing and grouping to their audience. No AI account is required for the activities.
The 26-page facilitator script supports all 50 slides with speakable guidance, a prompt, reasoning to listen for, and transitions and timing. A 3-page instructor quick reference supports delivery, while a 5-page slide crosswalk helps instructors locate related resources. These materials give occasional instructors a concrete preparation path: review the run plan, rehearse the script, select the activities and prepare the workbook pages.
HELP MANAGERS PRACTICE LEADERSHIP DECISIONS
Recurring fictional customer-service cases featuring Michelle and Kelly provide a shared situation for examining AI-related ambition, workflow design, ownership and human judgment. Participants discuss choices, practice coaching and feedback, and outline a small LEAD pilot. The framework is L: Lift the Ambition; E: Engineer Better Work; A: Assign Clear Ownership; D: Develop Human Judgment.
For example, the ownership case examines a three-day promise, asks learners to distinguish facts from assumptions and compare responses, and leads into an ownership agreement activity. The supporting facilitator script and conditional debrief help the instructor explore reasoning, boundaries and alternative responses. The exercises support practice planning an authorized AI-assisted task; they do not establish measured workplace performance improvements.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The primary file is an editable 50-slide PowerPoint deck. The accompanying ZIP contains the complete 29-file kit: the deck in PowerPoint and PDF formats; nine supporting resources in editable Word and PDF formats; a CSV slide crosswalk; a plain-text license; a start-here guide; a file manifest; and font files and notices.
The nine supporting resources are the run plan, facilitator script, instructor quick reference, 10-page learner workbook, 6-page conditional debrief reference, 2-page feedback form, 2-page use guide, slide crosswalk and internal training license. Together they support preparation, participant practice, discussion, reflection and internal adaptation.
