DESCRIPTION
The AD Supply Chain Risk Management tool is aimed at business who need to recognise and address the risks that are present in their supply chain and business that if not addressed could result in harm to operations, customers or results. The tool works to first identify and then prioritise those risks which are the ones that it makes sense to address first. Many businesses over emphasise the inbound supply chain when considering risk, this tool ensures that the impact of the demand side of the business is considered as well as the organisations internal operations. A proforma Risk Management Plan is included to help drive the action to mitigate or put in place contingency plans for the identified risks. The excel model can be used as many times as needed and the recommended approach is a continuous cycle of identification and action.
