DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION
ISO 41001:2018 is the world's first Facility Management (FM) international standard. FM is an organizational function which integrates people, place and process within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and productivity of the core business.
ISO 41001 provides the basis for a common interpretation and understanding of FM and the ways in which it can benefit organizations of all kinds. The standard enables an organization to demonstrate that it has a robust process through which to design, manage and improve its integrated FM system.
This presentation can be used to brief your employees, new hires and potential auditees so as to create awareness of the ISO 41001:2018 standard. Alternatively, the presentation may be used to supplement your materials for the training of FM professionals and internal auditors.
