MethodVault produces complete, ready-to-run enterprise architecture toolkits -- not collections of loose templates.

Every toolkit is built by practising enterprise and solution architects and packages a method that has been used on real engagements: establishing an architecture function across six domains for a national energy organisation, capability-led transformation blueprints in financial services, and target-state architecture and application rationalisation in higher education.

What distinguishes our documents is that they work as systems rather than as files. The capability reference model populates the scoring calculator; the calculator drives the heatmaps, gap analysis and prioritisation; those feed the report template and the executive deck. Change a capability name in one place and it carries through. Assembling the same coverage from separate sources means days of reconciliation before any analysis can start.

Every toolkit also ships with fully worked examples -- every template completed end to end for a realistic organisation. A blank template tells you what fields exist. A completed one tells you the standard of answer expected, which is the part that actually determines whether an assessment holds up in front of an executive.

Our toolkits cover the four questions every architecture function has to answer: how do we govern architecture, where should we invest, what do we do with our application estate, and is this solution good enough to build. All documents are supplied in editable Microsoft Office formats, are fully white-label, and are licensed for use in paid client engagements.
