The practice is led by Eduard Kofman, MSc in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, PMP certified and APMG CP3P certified in Public-Private Partnerships, with more than 15 years leading infrastructure and transformation programs across Latin America. His focus is the front end of a project's life: framing the scope, structuring the investment case, and making sure the numbers taken to an investment committee can withstand due diligence.
Behind him is a team of seven senior specialists with more than 100 combined years of experience and delivery in five Latin American countries. It includes a PMP certified project management lead, a mathematician specialized in data architecture, an IT strategist with over twenty years in banking automation and governance (formerly responsible for automation governance and strategy at Scotiabank International Banking), an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor heading information security and compliance, an enterprise integration engineer, and a machine learning engineer. More than fifty delivered projects span energy and utilities, transport, logistics, agroindustry and healthcare.
