Thirteen slides in the order investors expect them, each one with the question it has to answer written into the slide. You replace the placeholders; the structure and the sequence are already right.
The sequence: Title, Problem, Solution, Market with TAM, SAM and SOM, Product, Business Model, Traction, Competition, Team, Financials, The Ask, Roadmap and Contact. That is the order a partner meeting follows, and it is the order a deck gets read in when nobody is in the room to present it.
WHY THE ORDER MATTERS MORE THAN THE DESIGN
Most pitch deck templates sell a look. The look is the easy part. What kills a first meeting is a deck that explains the product before the problem, or puts the ask on a slide nobody reaches, or shows a market size with no path from the total addressable number down to the slice this company can actually win. This template fixes the sequence and tells you, on each slide, what the slide has to prove.
WHAT IS INSIDE
A 16:9 PowerPoint file, thirteen slides, clean and uncluttered so your content carries the slide rather than competing with decoration. Every slide has editable placeholders and a short guidance note telling you what belongs there. The Market slide is laid out for the three-level TAM, SAM and SOM build rather than one large number. The Traction slide has room for the evidence that matters at your stage, whether that is revenue, usage or signed letters of intent. The Ask slide separates how much you are raising from what you will do with it, which is the question that follows the number every single time.
WHO USES IT
Founders preparing a seed or Series A conversation. Accelerator and demo day participants working to a fixed slide count. Corporate teams pitching an internal venture. Advisers and consultants who build decks for clients and want a defensible structure to start from.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It is a structure, not a brand. There is no logo design, no custom illustration set and no animation. It will not write your story, and it deliberately ships without filler copy: pre-written pitch text reads as pre-written to exactly the audience you are trying to convince. It also does not include a financial model; the Financials slide tells you which three or four figures belong on it, and those come from your own numbers.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What format is it? A single PowerPoint .pptx file at 16:9. It opens in PowerPoint, in Google Slides and in LibreOffice Impress. There are no macros and nothing is locked.
Can I change the colours and fonts? Yes. Everything is editable. The template is deliberately plain so that applying your own brand is a five-minute job rather than an unpicking exercise.
Can I add or remove slides? Yes. Thirteen is the usual working length for a first meeting. If your traction deserves two slides, give it two; if you have no competition slide worth showing, you almost certainly do have one and should write it anyway.
Does it come with speaker notes? Each slide carries a short guidance note on what the slide must prove. They are guidance for you while you build, not a script to read out, and you delete them before you present.
One-time purchase, lifetime use, unlimited projects. No macros, no locked slides, no password.
