BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
This financial model is specifically designed for a dermatology center, offering a comprehensive framework to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability across various dermatology service streams. Both online and in-person visits are accommodated in this model.
The dermatology center employs dermatologists, dermatology support staff, and dedicated staff to offer a wide range of skincare and medical dermatology services. Treatments are organized into five key areas:
1. Consultations: Initial and follow-up assessments led by dermatologists (both general and specialized).
2. Dermatologist-Led Treatments: Performed by dermatologists, including medical interventions, surgeries, and complex skincare treatments (e.g., excisions, laser therapies).
3. Dermatology Support Staff-Led Services: Delivered by professionals like dermatology assistants and estheticians, focusing on routine care, skincare treatments, and patient support.
4. In-House Dedicated Staff Services: Managed by specialized personnel like laser technicians, wound care specialists, and imaging technicians, focusing on advanced cosmetic procedures, skincare treatments, and handling pharmacy sales.
5. Contracted Services: Outsourced to external providers for highly specialized procedures, advanced diagnostics, or pediatric dermatology.
The model addresses all key financial aspects, including revenue assumptions, direct costs, staffing expenses, and financing strategies. It provides monthly projections for 5 years, making it an indispensable tool for financial planning and analysis in dermatology centers.

In each tab, cell A4 aggregates the results from all check cells located at the bottom of the tabs. These cells display a green tick mark (✔) if no issues are detected, and a red cross (✖) if errors are found. The primary model check can also be found in cell D11 of the Index tab and in cell A3 of all other tabs. If all tabs pass validation, the model will display two green tick marks (✔✔). However, if an error is present in one or more tabs, two red crosses (✖✖) will appear, indicating that attention is needed.
