BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
For the many the engineers out there that have experienced uncertainty over the past year, and that's many of us, this is a must read!
Regardless of whether you've in fact experienced a job loss due to the pandemic, most of us have heard from others who have. What this speaks to is a flooded job market once the economy recovers from the events of the past year.
The pandemic has basically forced everyone, gainfully employed or otherwise, to pull out all the stops in differentiating themselves from the rest of the pack in our global workforce. What better time than the New Year to introduce the changes necessary to compete. This might mean transitioning to another sector or building our existing portfolio to become an even more valuable and skilled employee than ever before.
What this requires is versatility. Remaining nimble and relevant are just not buzzwords, they're quantifiable metrics that we can set for ourselves in this increasingly competitive workforce! The benefit that I'm offering here is the aforementioned experience in having been through this and having come out the other side with the same playbook seen within this document!
