Lean uses the DMAIC methodology. The 15 steps of the DMAIC Roadmap are covered, as well as the purpose and outputs of each of the 5 phases of DMAIC. When completed, you will have an understanding of the principles of Lean, the 7 Wastes, and the DMAIC methodology.
