DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this risk analysis spreadsheet is to quantify the inherent and acquired risks associated with carrying out a business change programme or project. This should provide a focus for the risk management process but does not replace it.

The spreadsheet can be used at any key point in a project as part of the risk management strategy which may or may not be part of a formal review process. It may also be used by the project team to monitor progress in reducing risk at any point they feel is appropriate.
