How to "X-ray" Your Business Organization (PDF)

Our ACI-Xray Program is specifically designed to measure your organization's current performance in 16 critical areas, including financial performance, revenue capture effectiveness, strategy alignment and accomplishment, leadership and social impact, customers view of products and services, operations excellence including management of processes, projects, administration, risks and quality.

Also measured is workforce excellence, including satisfaction/engagement, capability/capacity and performance that is important for long term sustainment and growth.

When you purchase the program, we assign a consultant to work with your organization, in order to deploy the assessment via the web (using survey links) to up to 1000 people in your organization. Each person responds to 40 questions, subdivided into four groups (leadership, customer, operations and workforce groups). After your people finish their ratings and narratives for their questions, everything is captured in a secure web site. Next, our consultant exports your results and imports them into your master ACI-Xray spreadsheet model. Then our consultant notifies your point of contact that the assessment is finished and a copy can be downloaded. Our consultant also offers a free Executive Briefing of your ACI-Xray results (online; up to 50 attendees).

If you are a large FIRM with multiple establishments (each at a separate location), you should run the ACI-Xray for each Site to see how that business unit is operating. IF you buy multiple ACI-Xray assessments, and run them on two or more Sites, we can also COMBINE all Sites into one Master ACI-Xray of the FIRM.
