Configurable Business Case Template – Excel XLSX

The Excel based Business Case template calculates key financial factors (NPV, discounted pay back etc.) based on all types of one-off and recurring costs that occur during the implementation and the later maintenance of new developments. It contains key success factors for financial and non-financial benefit tracking as well.

Almost all attributes (eg. currency, cost types, macroeconomic indicators) are configurable on a separate sheet.

Next to the standard analysis it includes a tunable sensitivity analysis, to show how financials change under better and worse conditions (x% less income and more cost and vice verse).

The design is simple, straightforward, easlily adaptable.
