DESCRIPTION
The third of the five phases of Lean Six Sigma is the Analyze Phase. This module introduces the three high level steps of this phase, the tools used at each of these steps and the expected outcomes of each step. Executing a successful Analyze Phase includes graphically analyzing the data, conducting a statistical analysis and analyzing the process flow.
This module also covers the three high level steps of DMADV which includes creating the Design Requirements, looking at Interface Management and considering a design for its manufacturability.
