Projects can be daunting, but the truth is that developing an effective project plan is a means of organising and delivering your project and helping the on-time, to-quality and to-cost delivery. Project failure often originates in the planning phase – where often it is the absence of an effective plan that causes problems on the project. This Spanish version of a Gantt Chart template includes examples of simple and more advanced project plans and provides templates to allow you to easily develop a plan for your project – whether that is over just a few days or weeks; up to a year or even up to three years – there is a template for each of these.
¿Qué es un Diagrama de Gantt?
En términos sencillos, un Diagrama de Gantt de proyecto es una vista visual (un plan) de las tareas programadas a lo largo del tiempo y se utiliza para planificar proyectos de cualquier tamaño. Esta plantilla te ayudará a desarrollar un plan que muestre:
• El inicio y la finalización del proyecto;
• Todas las tareas del proyecto, cuándo deben realizarse y quién es responsable de ellas;
• Las relaciones (dependencias) entre las tareas;
• La duración estimada de cada tarea – y, si lo necesitas, cuánto cuesta cada tarea y cualquier variación entre lo estimado y la realidad.
El ejemplo incluye dos casos que te muestran qué hacer. Estos son planes de proyecto reales y están completamente en español. Esta herramienta de planificación es fácil de adaptar y modificar para cumplir con los requisitos del proyecto, y puede reutilizarse tantas veces como sea necesario. MS Excel es fácil de usar y ofrece un medio sencillo para comunicar.
