EXCEL DESCRIPTION

This product (PC05 - Time/Cost Tracking) is an Excel template (XLSX) with a supplemental Excel document, which you can download immediately upon purchase.

The Project Manager must track all the timed cost elements that were estimated for activities performed.

These spreadsheets can be used to track the budget, estimate and actual time in hours and days throughout the life of a project.
The time tracker is predominantly to track internal resources.
The cost tracker is to track baseline, estimate and actual costs throughout the life of a project. It can also record any payment schedules required (see below).
