This model takes the four business components and combines them with organizational theory and behavior (business development, marketing, sales and customer service) that exclusively involves the engagement of humans and creates a centralized hub to effectively build business for small and midsize companies. The model is simple enough to apply and comes with an example of how it would be applied. The user is to follow the example but come up with their own system that will allow the company to build their customer communities and increase customer loyalty. Combining this model with a Customer Relationship Management tool is highly recommended.
