BENEFITS OF DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION
In order for any team to be fully conversant and capable to facilitate/lead studies that focus on establishing strategies or strategic direction, it is necessary to underpin the capability within the team with a methodological approach and training. This provides a single way of working across the whole of the consulting team and thus ensures quality in the approach irrespective of who is assigned to the engagement / study / workpackage.
This presentation overviews and presents a stepwise approach to using this comprehensive method at a level of detail that will enable quick adoption of the method in a practical manner. Example products are included for the various stages of the methodology giving practitioners real world examples of how it has been used in the filed and increasing the re-use ability.
Strategies which can be realised via the use of this method can range from tightly focused technical subject areas through to large scale digital business strategies. The method can be adapted to this variation of scale and scope depending on the subject of the study, allowing a "lightweight" approach to be adopted where speed is off the essence and a "full fat" version where the full range of phases and elements have ben utilised.
