DESCRIPTION
The fourth of the five phases of Lean Six Sigma is the Improve/Design Phase. This module introduces the three high level steps of this phase, the tools used at each of these steps and the expected outcomes of each step. Executing a successful Improve/Design Phase includes Identifying the Solution, Validating the Solution, and Implementing the solution.
This module also covers the three high level steps of DMADV which includes Defining the Process Variables, Creating a Detail design, and Verifying 6 Sigma Capability.
