We all know that the definition of insanity is ?doing the same actions over and over again, expecting different results?. This document is designed to help you get into the solution. If you could create your daily schedule EXACTLY the way that would make you feel fully engaged, self-expressed and happy, how would you calendar your day? For most of us there is a clear GAP between what we Value and how much time we spend on those values. It has been argued that we ACTUALLY spend our time on that which we truly Value and otherwise we are being dishonest with ourselves. I believe that for most of us our environment provides distractions through other people, places, and things. But when given an opportunity to shift our creativity, time and energy to another place, the GAP between what we Want and how we actually spend our time is narrowed.
