Model Options:
•Single-Tenant Cash Flow Dynamics: The model calculates monthly and annual cash flows, providing critical investment data to assess project viability and the property's value at sale.
•Simplified Rent Roll Interface: The rent roll sheet is adjusted for a single-tenant setup, allowing for the input of specific lease terms, tenant improvement allowances, lease commission costs, and other bespoke tenant agreements.

Instructions:

•The model is set with iterative calculations active and automatic updates, except for data tables, which refresh upon workbook saving.
