•  To recognize the 4 styles of management (Directive, Persuasive, Concerted, Delegate)
•  To identify which management method to apply depending on the level of autonomy of the employee

At the end of the module, there are 4 quizzes on the subject:

•  2 quizzes to recognize the management method applied
•  2 quizzes to estimate a person's level of autonomy
