His specialisms include Project Portfolio design and delivery, EPMO Setup and enhancement, Value Management, Organizational Change Management, PPM Maturity enhancement and improvement. The range of engagements Ramani has handled include Portfolio design and implementation, ERP deployment and transformation programs for large organizations.
S Ramani has handled multiple programs relating IT Strategy roll out, ERP implementation, Organizational Change Management etc for .
Ramani holds Post-Master's educational qualification in Computer Science and Management.
He also holds multiple professional certifications, including PfMP®, PgMP®, PMP® and PMI-RMP® from PMI, USA.

Ramani is also the author of the book ‘Improving Business performance – a project portfolio management approach' which focuses on delivering better business performance through robust project and program/ portfolio management.
