Kyodo Partners builds the financial and cost models that operators actually use to make decisions, then packages them so someone else can pick them up and run.

Our work comes out of running enterprise IT at scale rather than a template studio: tens of thousands of Mac endpoints, hundreds of thousands of Windows devices, a multi-million-dollar technology budget, and the procurement, vendor negotiations, accounting, governance and policy that surrounded them. That background shows up in the details: refresh-cycle timing, residual and book values, volume-discount tiers, and the difference between a cost that recurs and one that only looks like it does. Those are the assumptions that decide whether a total-cost comparison survives contact with a finance review.

Every workbook ships the same way. Formulas are live and visible, not hard-coded results. There is a worked example so you can see the model behave before you trust it with your own numbers. Terms are defined in plain English inside the file, so a model can be handed to a client or a board without a walkthrough. And each one includes a prompt that lets an AI assistant fill it in from a plain-English conversation, because the hard part was never the interface.

We would rather ship a model that tells you a deal does not work than one that flatters it.
