David Ulis has a long and significant record of leading enterprise transformations, business process engineering teams, technology implementations, management consulting initiatives, and in program and portfolio management of large complex organizational initiatives. David has over 40 years of private and public sector experience at the local, national and international levels. Thirty of these years include consulting expertise to the public and private sectors in healthcare, telecommunications, banking, venture capital, medical devices, management consulting, and technology consulting.
David is a methodologist and author in leading edge business practices such as - post merger integration, business process engineering, sales and marketing, and Total Quality Management. His guides and methodologies have all been tried, tested, and improved in challenging and complex engagements.
David is a graduate of the Universities of Illinois and California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Management Consultant.
