I am a Global Portfolio and PMO Leader with over 19 years of experience leading enterprise portfolio management across complex public and private sector organisations. My background spans software and IT consultancy, financial services, payments, regulation, energy, aerospace, and national defence, helping organisations turn strategy into controlled and measurable delivery outcomes.

I currently lead a Global Portfolio Office overseeing around 2,500 projects for 6,000 customers across the UK, North America, APAC, and India, with a portfolio value of approximately £45m. I have established several global portfolio operating model, embedded delivery excellence standards, and achieved full adoption of enterprise portfolios, improving delivery predictability, financial control, and portfolio maturity.
