Our partner, IntelliVen, will be running a live, virtual workshop on Strategic Leadership Immersion. Unlike a typical webinar, this will be very interactive, where you have the opportunity to immediately practice the frameworks and tools taught with others attending the workshop.
Once you enroll, you will be added to our list to contact closer to the workshop date. The workshop will take place over a Zoom web conference.
The workshop session will introduce you to a number Strategic Leadership tools, including:
- WHAT-WHO-WHY: Your case and target customers.
- Change Framework: What needs to change and why.
- Initiative-to-Action: Where to assign resources.
- Leadership Support: Governance, growth, and focus.
