The buyer agrees to NOT give or share their login information used to access (view or use) the AfCI LLC published HPO21 standards, instructions, links, and spreadsheets with anyone else, any company, or any other organization, without prior written permission from AfCI LLC.
The buyer agrees that the buyer can NOT give, loan, share, duplicate, reverse-engineer or create any derivative works based on the HPO21 tools, spreadsheets, surveys, documents, or content available in the HPO21 Web pages located at - without prior written permission from AfCI LLC and Chuck Mitchell, Director and Owner of HPO21 Institute and AfCI LLC (Email address: )
