BACKGROUND
A ten year career safety professional working for Tier 1 construction companies on $200m plus projects, with exposure to $7bn in projects. A passion for behavioural based safety and a mind for strategic planning I am well equipped to provide systems support and development.
I believe a complete health and safety management strategy must incorporate elements of: leadership, behavioural based safety, health promotion, welfare and safety management systems. However a sound safety management system will set the framework for success if properly developed, communicated and administered.
I specialised in detailed management systems that assist clients maintain accreditation with AS4801, The Office of the Federal Safety Commission, as well as compliance with major EPCM requirements and relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes and Standards.
