Terms of Usage for SheetworksStudio

SHEETWORKSSTUDIO – SUPPLEMENTARY USAGE & LICENSING TERMS
These terms supplement Flevy's Standard Purchase Terms. Where these terms do not specify otherwise, Flevy's Standard Purchase Terms remain applicable.

Purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the purchased SheetworksStudio files for their own internal personal or organizational business purposes, subject to the applicable Flevy license limitations.
The purchased files may be modified for internal use, including adding business data, adjusting layouts, colors, labels, and other elements to suit the purchaser's own workflow.

The original files, modified files, formulas, structures, dashboards, designs, or substantial portions thereof may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded to another marketplace, template library, repository, or file-sharing platform, or offered as a standalone product, whether free or paid.

The files may not be rebranded or represented as an original template or product created by the purchaser or another third party for resale or redistribution.
All intellectual property rights in the original SheetworksStudio templates, designs, workbook structures, formulas, documentation, and associated materials remain with SheetworksStudio.

All SheetworksStudio templates are independently created and unofficial. SheetworksStudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Google, or any other third-party brand.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
